We collect your email address if you create an account with us.
Your username and password are provided by you and are used when logging in to our site. We do not have access to your password, which is encrypted. You are responsible for your password.
All web servers capture basic browser and requestor information including things like IP address, browser type, region etc. We only refer to the web logs in the event of suspected abuse of our service.
3rd party plugins, such as the google maps api which we use also sets cookies. In total there are currently 20 cookies that are set when you use our site.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to enquiries and/or other requests or questions. It is specifically used to send you your username/password when you forget your user credentials.
What is the legal basis for processing the data?
We do not process an individual's data. We do aggregate user data whilst keeping it anonymous.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

to improve our website
to improve customer service.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Absolutely no personally identifiable visitor information will be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
How will the information be used?
Your email address is used to identify you when creating an account and for your email subscription should you sign-up for it. Your email address is also used to send you a new password if you forget your current one.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the integrity of your visit to our site.
How long will the data be stored for?
The server logs are stored for at least 5 years.
